The project will instantly confirm, by genotypinga series of plum accessions suitable for inclusion in AEGIS (for the majority of which,first and second priority descriptor data will be available). It will also identify a further set of 40-50 plum accessionswith FPD forsubsequent inclusion in AEGISand a subset of approximately 20 of these will be checked for uniqueness by genotyping.
